The request for $150,000.00 is to allow for any adjustments in cost from time of bid to time of job and for any additional items that may have been missed or arise during the process.
Total does NOT include any rebates that we could get back from Avista for upgrading our lighting and windows. These rebates can be quite significant, but are dependent upon the availability of rebates at the time of completion of the work.
In the bid for the Front, over $20,000 of that is the stonework and columns.
We received multiple bids for projects from licensed, bonded professionals.
