Good News Medical Clinic

For over sixteen years, the Good News Medical Clinic in the Philippines has been a beacon of hope to persons who might not receive medical attention and Christian counseling. This is because the Clinic gives very low-cost treatment to the community where 90% of our patients belong to the below-poverty-line sector. Thousands and thousands have come through our doors and received excellent care and attention in the spirit of kindness and love. Our mission statement comes from Matthew 25:34-45. We daily seek to provide quality professional care and use techniques that exemplify the teachings of Jesus. Our medical staff are all locals and licensed. The organization is registered as a non-profit agency with the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission.

No patient is turned away because of finances. It is often necessary to waive the fee due to extreme poverty. However, this does not diminish the care the patient receives. All are treated equally.
In addition to physical care, patients are introduced daily to Jesus and His Word. As a result, a congregation of over 100 adults plus a large number of children has evolved.

Periodically and when funds are available, free one-day medical missions have taken place. Our entire staff is taken to a specific barangay (community) and from early morning to late afternoon, hundreds and hundreds have a chance to be examined and receive medication-all free to them.
Though life can be very hard in this depressed area, the Good News Medical Clinic is dedicated to its goal and mission of helping others to be healed in body and soul.

Each day, we have new opportunities to show the community what it means to be a Christian. By serving the community, we in turn are also blessed. We are grateful that so many persons have been helped through this ministry.
